Controls are carried out on every single production batch, which speaks volumes for the company's professionalism and reliability.

- The production is 100% controlled on the production line directly, in terms of:
● weight and integrity of the pack
● presence of metal residues with metal detector
● capacity of pack (sealing and labels) with an O-Pac exclusive system

- Microbiologic controls throughout the whole production chain and strict surveillance, with selective methods, of the water, potentially the main cause of pollution for the product

- The whole process is monitored regularly to assure a constant standard of quality. Furthermore, the in-house laboratory, in collaboration with the University of Pavia and specialist European laboratories, regularly conduct tests on:
● raw materials
● packaging
● finished product

Certification from ICEA and ECOCERT - organic product control and certification bodies - also complete the picture of the company's quality policy.
