Research and Development is one of O-PAC's strengths: indeed, the one element that is so vital to the quality of the product is the lotion the wipes are soaked in. The plus points - which can be demonstrated with specific tests - are the key element that sets us apart from the competition and provides the end consumer with the assurance of effectiveness and safety.
O-PAC have a cutting-edge in-house laboratory that, in addition to having a portfolio of lotions with previously tested pluses and fragrances, is continually designing, developing and testing new formulations. Always attentive to market trends and needs of consumers, O-PAC manufactures products with the highest quality standards: no PEG, SLS, parabens, mineral oils, synthetic dyes, formaldehyde donors, OGM, alcohol, allergens in fragrances . They are also hypoallergenic and clinically tested, without testing on animals and made entirely in Italy.
O-PAC can produce a wide range of specific tests (tvc, mould, pathogen detection, physical and chemical tests, toxicological tests) carried out both in the in-house lab - which boasts an efficient microbiology department - and in cooperation with the University of Pavia and specialist European laboratories.

Supplementary customer services
O-PAC analyse the best combinations of fabrics, films and packaging together with customers to best meet their specific requirements. All packaging sizes are available, from single-dose sachet to multipacks of 80 wipes.
O-PAC also work alongside the customer to produce packaging and graphics for all applications and for all segments: from the product pack to packaging and palletizing.
